Description

A set of Real Colors lacquer based paints including the three standard camouflage colors that are indispensable for painting models of US Navy and Marine Corps aircraft used from the end of World War II until the beginning of the 1980s. Dark Sea Blue was the standard overall color until the mid-1950s when the Navy adopted a two-color scheme of Light Gull Grey and Insignia White. From 1977, carrier-based fighters such as the F-14 Tomcat and F-4 Phantom II were gradually repainted into Light Gull Grey single color finish.

May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
